Report 13: Action for Goldenrod [Department Store]

A certain blonde is working in one of the stores in the department store, setting up a display of pokemon treats for the holidays and humming to herself. Mihoshi turns her back for a moment to grab something, but when she turns back, she knocks into the display and sends her hard work tumbling down.

There's a moment of panic while she tries to catch things before they hit the ground only to over extend herself and begin to flail. A resounding crash sounds through the store and Mihoshi's in the middle of the mess with tears already welling up in her eyes seconds before she starts crying.

Seconds later there's the familiar sound of a pokeball releasing and Teddiursa stands there a moment, surveying the mess. Within moments he's facepalming and shaking his head . After Teddi-chan gets over the impossiblity of his trainer he pats her knee and waits for her to calm down. It's... gonna be a while.

[Well, she won't be alone in tears and clumsiness. This fellow here was also in the store, but he trips over one of the fallen items, and falls SPLAT on his face. The floor is not comfy.]

Oof...

[Hello fellow klutz! Teddi-chan looks towards the other person on the floor and tilts his head to the side.]

[Mihoshi pauses and sniffles.]

Oh um.. I'm so sorry! Are you okay? I mean you aren't hurt are you? I didn't mean to cause a mess! Please be okay!

[He dizzily sits up, shaking his head.]

Oooh... I'm so sorry for scuffing your merchandise with my horrid feet!

Huh? Um... I'm the one that's sorry. I can be such a klutz! So it's okay?

I must make up for all the damage I've caused!

[He fumbles for his bag, trying to get some money out, but instead he accidentally spills several coins, making a bigger mess!]

Auuugh! I'm sorry!

[Her eyes widen a little as she waves her hands frantically.]

No no! It's okay really! Um.. let me help you with that.

[The blonde tries to help gather up the coins and just.. proceeds to make the mess bigger as well.]

Let's um.. lets both clean up the mess!

A-ah, okay!

[He struggles to clean with her. May the Poke-gods have mercy on that store.]

I should have watched here I was going...

[...The store needs all the mercy it can get after they're done.]

Really? I think I should have been more careful. But, its in the past and the mess is cleaned up now.

So um..I'm Mihoshi. It's nice to meet you!

[She holds her hand out to shake as she smiles.]

Oh, and I haven't even introduced myself! I am the dictionary definition of rude!

[He bows heavily again.]

My name is Ritsu Sohma.

I wouldn't say that! I mean, you haven't threatened to kill me right? So um, I wouldn't say your rude!

[She bows back.]

It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Ritsu! I hope we can bee good friends.

Ehhh?! I would never threaten to harm you! Oh, I must give off horrid, evil vibes to make you think you were in danger!

What? But that's not what I said! I mean you didn't so you must be nice right? I mean, you're not a space pirate right so I don't have to arrest you right?

Actually, I wonder if Galaxy Police has jurisdiction here? I better ask the local police huh?

Oooh, I should be thrown in jail, for being such a burden on your life. My existence should be crime!

[By now she's really confused and getting a little frantic.]

Um no! That's not what I meant! I mean.. you're nice! You aren't a burden.. and um...

How about some ice cream? Lets go for that!

[The offer is so sudden and random that, finally, he stops crying.]

Huh? Ice cream?

Yes! Ice cream, I mean it sounds good right and there's always a time for it. I wonder what flavors they have here? I guess we should go find out huh?

Oh... that would be nice. Please, allow me to pay.

Well, I don't see why not! Come on lets go!

[Mihoshi grabs Ritsu's hand and begins to head off towards the nearest places that serves icecream!]

[he stumbles, but follows her as best he can. maybe now that they're gone, the store will actually get cleaned up.]

[She slows down a little and just leads the way. The store.. will probably be much better off without them.]

[When they arrive, he fumbles for money, but at least this time manages to keep it long enough to hand it over.]

[She proceeds to order a waffle cone with some fruity flavored icecreams and can't help but feel happy.]

I guess this means we're friends right? It's always nice to have lots of friends!

[He feels as punishment, he should only have plain vanilla. That's it.]

Friends? You'd want to be friends with someone as pathetic and clumsy as I?

Well um, only if you want to be friends with someone that's just as clumsy? I mean, I do cause a lot of property damages, but I do always catch my target!

I'm the chief back home understands it though. Besides, I don't think you're pathetic!

You're very kind to say that... and it is an honor to know someone of with an important career. I respect the police so much, I dressed up as one for Halloween!

[... dressed up as a policewoman. crossdressing doesn't skip holidays.]

Really? That's cool! I wish I would have thought of that because I could have just worn my uniform! It would have been super easy.

But.. then I guess it wouldn't count as a costume would it? I mean I used to wear it almost daily.. so um, its more like my regular clothes isn't it?

[Still completely oblivious that Ritsu's crossdressing. She's just not that observant.]
